We will not publish a precise 'Bend average' simply because a national calculator can generate one. Cost pages will distinguish sourced estimates from our own collected local quote data and will describe methodology.
Directories are not endorsements
A business appearing on a future professional page will not automatically mean Bend Home Resources endorses it. We intend to disclose selection criteria, sponsorship and affiliate relationships where relevant.
Clear update dates
High-change pages should show when they were reviewed. When regulations or program details matter, readers should be able to reach the current official source.
Corrections
If we find a material error, the priority is to correct the page. Readers and local professionals will be able to contact us with factual corrections once the site's contact workflow is enabled.
