What we are building
The site covers the entire homeowner journey: buying, finding qualified professionals, understanding repair costs, researching neighborhoods, maintaining a Bend home and using practical tools.
We want the pages to work together. A buyer who reads about an inspection finding should be able to understand the repair, find the right type of professional, compare bids and plan future maintenance without starting over on a different generic website.
Why Bend-specific
Bend has its own public records, permitting systems, wildfire guidance, housing stock, climate and local professional ecosystem. We use primary local and state sources wherever possible and avoid adding 'Bend' to generic advice without making the page locally useful.
What we are not
Bend Home Resources is not a real estate brokerage, inspection company, contractor, lender, insurer or law firm. We do not replace the professionals involved in a specific transaction or project.
Where this is going
Over time, the site is designed to add transparent local cost data, professional comparison tables, neighborhood research, downloadable tools and original homeowner data.
